Here's my dilemma: I'm a Christian guy who finds the Pagan, artsy types on OkCupid intriguing. Learned that you have to pay the bills with something more then a part-time retail job. I guess I could start by elaborating on my Adjectives, In a nutshell I think that pretty much sums me up. I like music a lot. My tastes in music are HUGELY varied. I love lots of music, infact my music collection is quite huge. I do however despise, country. I do like some country songs, mostly old johnny cash stuff but for the most part i don't care for it. I did go to Culinary school. Im not top chef. But i love cooking, especially with others. I love trying new foods and am very open to everything. I like fishing the outdoors and wildlife. Im not originally from here but grew up in an area where there was lots of wildlife and outdoors recreation. Im always open to try new things and like adventure. I have 2 children I love very much. I have had really hard relationships and been hurt a lot. I love a lot of things and hate just as much. I love to laugh but I don't do it enough. I want a satisfied life with someone that can keep me on my toes and happy to be there.

I attend church most every Sunday (Baptist). I love the ocean fishing and, lake fishing and swimming too.
My favorite things to do is dance (slow) lol, work on my books (writer), eating out occasionally, I love a good movie, shoot there isn't much I don't like.

I look at this and I say, Crap! So much to say or so very little. On another site I was asked to describe myself , I went to Wilkapedia looked up Man and cut and pasted the text into that site's description. I like the first line: "a man is a male human" DUHH!.

That's me my own conscious rebellion that means nothing. Example: not using the side walk because someone is telling me were to walk. I guess that's how I stand out cause when it matters IE: I care. I am very obedient My job I give my 110% cause if your going to put your self into something you should give it your all or your wasting your own other people's time.

I am a really easy-going girl...God is very important to me; My faith has gotten me through many trials. I love my family and my friends more than anything. I'm very active; I love to run. I love spending time outside and I love summer.

I was born and raised in Clinton, my mother and grandparents raised me. I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. I currently work at Oak Ridge Public Library. Of course I love wool and working with fibers in the southeast, one of the hottest places on the planet. Happily, the winters do at least justify some warm items.

I enjoy many activities, including gaming, being outside (though I am often too much of a homebody), learning new stuff, finding out how things work (did anyone else out there think that The Secret Life of Machines was the coolest show ever? or How it's Made? or any show featuring films of how stuff gets put together? Sensing a trend?) reading (currently Terry Pratchett as I got a load of his stuff for christmas) and cooking.

I am new to the area, I just moved here from CA. I am good natured and like peace and calm. I love to laugh and yet I can be serious too. I have a lot of friends and no enemies and I would like to keep it that way...lol I do not like to be around negative people and tend to choose positive people as friends.
